When purchasing during a live sale:
Claim Responsibly- When you are deciding to make a purchase, please make sure you want and can pay for the items. It is not fair to others if you're not able to or refuse to pay for your order because those crystals could have gone to someone who really wanted them. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
I do not offer exchanges or refunds.
I have the right to refuse service if policies are not being met.
I want this to be a comfortable, safe, and fun space during the live sales.
